About

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Vinton Lodge #131 website. We are glad you stopped by!

Vinton Lodge #131 is proud to be a part of the oldest, largest and most widely-known fraternal organization in the world. Vinton Lodge #131 is charted by the Grand Lodge of Ohio, and is a member of the Magnificent Twelfth Masonic District, made up of lodges in Gallia, Jackson, Lawrence, Meigs and Vinton counties.

Masons seek to improve themselves through enlightenment. We often say that freemasonry makes good men better. We use the tools of ancient stone masons as symbolic reminders for living a moral and virtuous life. In addition to personal improvement, masons help to create stronger communities through various philanthropic endeavors.

Our stated meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month. Dinner is severed at 6:30 pm and is open to all, masons and non-masons alike. Our meetings begin promptly at 7:30 and all masons are welcome to attend.
